The Hotel Palazzo San Niccolo is located in Piazza Ferrucci, in the heart of the old town centre of Radda in Chianti, a charming old town in the Siena countryside. Radda is surrounded by its medieval town walls and is filled with sumptuous sixteenth century palaces that look out onto the winding alleyways and picturesque little squares. The extremely old Pieve di Santa Maria Novella, full of several works of art, is particularly interesting. The building that has been turned into the hotel, one of the prettiest in the town, was recently renovated keeping the original structure and has sophisticated, exclusive communal spaces such as the large Hall and the meeting room that has been converted from an old wine cellar. The rooms still have the feel of the olden days that is part of the hotel, but at the same time they all have all modern comforts.
