Hotel Continental in Genoa is a 4-star, historical establishment located in the old part of the city, near the Principe Station, the Aquarium of Genoa, the Children's City (la Città dei Bambini) and the Magazzini del Cotone conference centre. The “Novecento†restaurant offers a refined, elegant setting with padded armchairs and a charming fireplace. The floors are in light-coloured parquet, furnishings are in precious wood, and all fabrics date back to the typical shapes and colours of Italian Liberty style. A recent architectural renewal project has brought the original recesses of the window bays and the antique stuccoes in plaster back to the light of day.
